With sustainable cotton at its core, Vasudha takes a holistic approach by working towards the establishment of self-sustaining farming communities, by bringing together 27,500 farmers where they grow their own non-GMO seeds, organic inputs, supplying organic cotton to over 10 leading brands of the world.
First to start Regenerative Organic Certification in India and produces over 60% of the total ROC cotton.

Ginning - Dedicated ginning facility in all project areas of Petlawad, Kahi, Sehgaon, Barwah in Madhya Pradesh and Bilara and Bijaynagar in Rajasthan.
Incepted in 1997 with a mission to generate a higher level of employment in the region, the company initiated its journey with 24,000 spindles. Within two years, the company expanded to 40,000 spindles. To get the raw material, it undertook backward integration with farmers via its agri-venture named Vasudha Organics, now known as Vasudha Swaraj.
Currently, our infrastructure boasts five spinning units, equivalent to 100,000 spindles, utilizing advanced technologies such as Ring spinning, Mélange, Injection, Air Jet, and Open-end Spinning.
YARN RANGE consists of cotton, organic cotton, fair trade cotton, recycled cotton, viscose, modal, Tencel, polyester, recycled polyester, and blends.
YARN SPINNING CAPABILITIES comprise single and double yarns, compact, Elite Twist, and mélange yarns suitable for various applications: knitting, soft knitting, flat knitting, bottom weights, denim, towel, and activewear.

Pratibha Knitting excels in Circular and Seamless Knitting techniques, offering versatile textile solutions with precision and quality. Our processing includes a wide range of finishes, such as anti-microbial, anti-static, wrinkle-resistant, UV-resistant, and stain-repellent treatments.
CAPACITY
We produce 10,000 tonnes of knitted fabrics annually, utilizing state-of-the-art soft flow and open-width dyeing technology. Our advanced salt-free, crease-free, low liquor dyeing technology reduces wastewater generation by 60% and energy consumption by 30%.
Additionally, we operate 65 knitting machines, including the latest wider diameter open-width machines from Mayer & Cie and Terrot, ensuring superior fabric quality and efficiency.

PRINTING
